On the Nest

I worked in the yard and garden all day surrounded by the wildlife we share our little spot with. Sundays shore bird was back for a visit along with the regulars. I can not explain how peaceful it is to be surrounded by these creatures. I was also serenaded by the little wren who has a nest in one of the bird houses in the garden. Such a wonderful time of the year. But not without drawbacks. The misquotes and no-see-ems tried to drive me crazy but to no avail. I used a little but spray and lasted outside until 7:30. My knees sent me in not the bugs!
