Our new home (hopefully)

Today we exchanged contracts on this house. It's all very exciting, but we are still waiting on the final valuation and finance approval from the bank but that should hopefully all go ok. We still have a five day cooling off period so if worse comes to worst we will lose $1000. Fingers crossed...It's exciting being home owners :)
