We have had a shallow pothole across the bottom of Wendover Close for many years.  When wet and in the dark it reflected your headlights onto the wall opposite.  The recent wet weather resulted on three sections getting deep enough for the LCC to take notice, and yesterday they came to fix it.
 
The office burks declared that only holes deeper than a certain depth can be repaired, so instead of one pothole with a couple of deep bits in it we now have two potholes, albeit shallow.  It would have cost the council literally no more to do the job properly than to do the pathetic job we see here!!!
