Elvador

Up and out within about 30 minutes of when we planned to be - quite impressive after some late night cocktails in the hotel bar - and after a breakfast of warm pastel de nata from the shop next door, Himself and I had a long but leisurely stroll around some of the sights and suburbs of Lisbon. We did some of the touristy things but not many as (a) we've done a lot of them when we came with the kids, eight years ago, and (b) we're too tight to spend money when it's an obviously Tourist Tax.. Having walked up this hill we did agree the funicular would have been easier!

We did use the giant Elvador de Santa Justa though. Because, why not?
