Bushy park

today was cafe day
Had a chiropractic appointment today and tracey was very impressed that when I fell I did not break anything. She said that was because I see her monthly. and go to gym and keep a fairly active lifestyle. My bone density must be good.
we had a coffee did a bit of shopping and then Alan took ne to the cafe. It was a fairly busy day as we served 36 meals downstairs consisting of toasties or ham and leek tart. 
Alan picked me up and we went to bushy park for a coffee and walk
walking back to the car I spotted this bird which I think may be a kestrel hunting . lots of babies and i will put a couple in the extras.
