Back in Carys's happy place. Saw a triple bill. Did stage door. Saw Téo who stood and chatted to Carys for a good 15mins. She had been very nervous about impending surgery, but he talked to her about it, said it was part and parcel of a dancer's life, that it was good to have a timeline but to listen to her body and if it says something different to the timeline not to worry. He was also so so positive about the physio Carys has. He probably didn't realize it, but everything he said made a huge impact on Carys coming from someone who has been through it and is back dancing, but also someone that she really looks up to and isn't directly involved in her care. So grateful to him.
