visiting flicker

I have been hearing this guy a lot but was surprised to see two of them searching for bugs in the grass
I spent today trying to clean out the latest unknown weed trying to take over the vegetable garden , weed whacking  and foolishly went to Pilates where the usual instructor was not there. I usually joke that she tries to kill us but this was something else. i suspect I am not going to be able too move tomorrow!and simultaneously  amazed and grateful  I could do that at my age
