When life gives you lemons….

Over in Copenhagen for business and today is Ascension Day (local holiday) and a nearby Parkrun holds its extra day today.

Well it would be rude not to walk the sort 30 mins from the hotel and run this route for the second time wouldn’t it?

Made it back for breakfast before meeting clients from Finland and Sweden at Copenhagen Tower before flying back this evening.

I wasn’t sure I’d manage the 5km as my back and knee are not great. Soldiered on though and it was ok once moving. I’ll perhaps pay for it later on…..
