Strange day today, had a call out of the blue from the department of health to inform me I have salmonella!!!! Nice of the Drs to tell me first! No idea where I got it from or even when I got it, no wonder I have been feeling poorly. Off to the Drs on Fri see if they can get rid, most healthy people can shift it themselves but clearly I am not one of them!!

Nice weather today though made the most of the sun by having a trip to Alton water so the dogs could let off steam.
