My sister came over from the Isle of Wight today and we made a trip to Winchester for lunch at The Ivy. It’s not actually her birthday today but as it was a pre-birthday celebration I told them that it was so she was given a profiterole with a candle in! We had such a good day, very much helped by the lovely weather. The extra is my meal at the Ivy, feta salad with olives, tomatoes and avocado on watermelon. It was wonderful!
