On Gold Island

Clare came and cut my hair. It was good timing:just before it became too shaggy!

Eric, Kay and Brian came and we went to Gold Island. By chance, Brian had been there yesterday. Eric and Kay had not been before.

The bluebells are at their very best right now. My extra is specially for Nanny Tracy. We have been discussing whether wild garlic and bluebells grow together or not……

(I’ve just booked a holiday in Ireland for September 2025 with a group including Nanny T and her husband, I. We were together on the Wild Atlantic Coast last year.)

Back home for a quiet afternoon and evening.
