Violet on Green …

… between our house and driveway this afternoon.

Today was a lovely spring day, a bit chilly but with sun and blue sky. We decided after breakfast to make a trip across the river to Trader Joe’s to stock up on food we like to get there either because its quality is better than elsewhere or its price is less.

Our first encounter with Trader Joe’s was on a trip to California and we were delighted when one opened near us here in Massachusetts.
