Got up at 0430 and drove to Shenfield again to be sure of avoiding any train strike disruption on the mainline.

What a contrast to Wednesday. The huge station carpark was deserted and the train is empty. I can see now why the government is so insistent in getting people to start going back into offices!

Another long day beckons but at least it is Friday.
