What Are You?

I'm calling on any Aussie expert to name this creature that was trundling around my garden; I'm guessing it's a type of legless lizard or skink; it has a bronze metallic sheen that makes it look slightly unreal.

It was Morningsong Choir this morning. Greta is our wonderful choir leader who manages to make us sound beautifully harmonic. We go home with smiles on our faces.
