The Common; Friday 9.20am.

A different view this time.

I have a blood test at 9.40 and I am, not to put too fine a point on it, a slow bleeder.  My veins are very shy.

I decide to walk to the health centre via the Common in the hope that a brisk walk beforehand might just get things pumping.  It does the trick.

Not only that, I'm seen straight away and am out a few minutes before my allotted time.
