Flitting

It's been another gorgeous day.  Knowing that it would be, I was up before sunrise and got down to the levels as early as I reasonably could.  It was a lovely start to the day and I very much enjoyed pottering about, safe in the knowledge that my time was my own and there was nowhere else that I needed to be.

I was eventually rewarded with this shot of a Reed Warbler flitting through the reeds.  There's an awful lot of luck involved in getting this sort of shot, so I was rather pleased to find that my efforts paid off this morning.
