Lift off!

A really lovely day.
I popped in past Pitfour lake on the way to our allotment.
Saw this handsome heron there. (I didn’t scare him off, it was another man passing with a dog.)
It was nice to chat to another guy that was taking photos. I pointed him in the direction of Aden park in the hope of him seeing a red squirrel.
