Girl you'll be a woman soon

Fridays are manic but becoming more manageable and enjoyable now that Ophelia is getting that bit more grown up and reliable and Arwen is able to quaff down sandwiches for tea in her pushchair whilst we watch the swimming. Ophi has changed so much this year. Much of it must be down to her being at preschool three days a week. She's coming on a treat.

We had baby yoga this morning, toddler movement and music this afternoon and then swimming after school. Tonight I'm going to a friend's place where a bunch of us are meeting over a Chinese takeaway to discuss this year's summer holiday wigwam adventure at Northside Farm!

As for the poppies...they were growing in the car park at the sports club and I thought they looked pretty :)
