What an experience!

Quite a productive day all round, including a wedding. I had to take my car to a garage for a replacement exhaust bracket that was fabricated especially. The chap in the extras stands outside the garage.

This evening I received the alerts for the aurora. I nearly didn't go  but it promised to be a good one so I drove out to Crosby at 10.30pm. The car park was completely full and there were so many people on the prom and down on the beach. I have never seen the aurora with the naked eye and it was just incredible, the colours easily seen.
