Cycle of life.

It’s that time of year when the cygnets appear at St Ives Estate. Unfortunately it’s the time of year when the predictors come as well. It’s a full time job for the swans to protect them from the heron and geese. They always go a good job though and usually they all survive.
I spent a fair bit of time watching and waiting for them to come near enough to get a photo. It was a sunny day and I really enjoyed it.
