First Buds

Auntie's Tree was severely damaged in last month's storm but she is starting to put out buds so there is hope.  Mr. Goldfinch seems to enjoy the new buds even snacking on one or two of them.  Ethan will be here tomorrow afternoon to do a bit of branch trimming on Auntie's Tree to help her look a bit better.  I didn't see the Northern Lights last night here. but they were pretty spectacular in other parts of Maine.  I did see Wee Lily doing her laps and thought you might like to see that.  I live such an exciting life here!   Things will pick up next week when I go a trip to Cape Cod to celebrate my birthday with two dear friends.
