One Street - The Band

Back on one street this evening. Mainly hire boats setting out for the weekend. This group were just pushing off to head through the 1239 yard long tunnel at Preston Brook. This is the point where you leave the Bridgewater and join the Trent and Mersey canal. Boats can start their journey through the tunnel between 30 and 40 minutes after the hour and in the other direction between the hour and 10 minutes past the hour. I wish that you could hear the wolf howls that they made all the way through the tunnel. This shot has an album cover feel to it.
