Pet treat

Warm night last night, opened windows but then woken by cars bombing down the street.  Listened to BBC Sounds at 4am and drifted off until around 6am.  Thought I might as well get up and walk the hound.  We were out walking before 7am.

On return started making a veggie chilli to cook in the crockpot.  Cooked some food for the hound.  Eventually had a leisurely breakfast at 9.

Have spent time reading in the garden much of the day.  Did make some cornbread in the afternoon.

Walked the hound at 5pm when it was cool and quiet.  

Someone in the street posted up photos of the Aurora.  I should have gone outside at 4am and had a look.  Fingers crossed we might catch a glimpse tonight.  But the sky has been hazy and partially cloudy today.

Spotted my blip yesterday.  I cannot imagine what the treat could be.
