Last night and today

I just had to include a photo of the aurora which was actually taken last night.
This morning there was a heavy fost and the city looked  rather gloomy at 7.30am. There was also a dusting of snow on the Southern Alps.
This afternoon I planted garlic. The guideline normally suggests the shortest day (June 21st) however it has been suggested that garlic does equally as well if planted in May.. Time will tell.
