Speckled

Went across to the market then up to the allotment - feeding (blighters), watering, hoeing, strimming. Not much to show for it, but felt knackered. It was sunny (!) - had to deploy my comical hat for the first time this year. And was cheered to meet my first Speckled Wood of the year!

(And of course we missed the spectacular Aurora last night, having fallen asleep exhausted by around 10.30 pm!)
