sunday morning light

Lovely summery day today, everyone in shorts, hot from the start of day. I've been super-active: early run/walk (just started couch to 5k. More couch than 5k..), then walk to buy coffee which we had run out of. No idea how that happened!
90 minutes of tennis singles on clay court with M, he won first set 6-2 then we were even 4-4 when our time, and energy, ran out.
Home to take ibuprofen and wonder at my own madness. Actually, it was fab, I'd cheerfully do sport and activities all day every day, if I only could. Such a change from the indoorsy bookish child I once was.
