Laburnum

The laburnum trees are coming out in Bognor. Took this on the way back from church today. I was a bit uncomfortable physically today as I had some intense work at the osteopath yesterday. He finally thinks he has got to the root of my problem - weak hip flexors. We shall see! I do hope so.
