Blousy
After all the excitement of aurora borealis hunting, last night was a bit of a disappointment there was some cloud cover and the strength of the solar flare was less than on Friday evening. So nothing to see.
So today I have reverted to floral photographs. Before church - where we had a Stated Annual Meeting (our “AGM”) - I took this photo of a neighbours tree peony. As with all peonies the blooms do not last too long and in our current warmth perhaps even less so this year.
I have just planted 2 tree peonies so hopefully in a year or so they will be as attractive as this bush which must be 6ft tall and wide and covered in these blousy blooms.
My afternoon walk with the dogs was poorly timed just as the rain set in. At least we avoided the full on downpour.
