Muncaster

Back on the fitness drive and I plotted a route up Muncaster Fell. A few years back we ran from Boot > Ravenglass over these fells. Today wasn't going to be so energetic with a walk up from the Ravenglass side but I'm pleased to be making progress.
The views from the top were spectacular as ever, estuaries to the west, Fells to the east but it was hot & windy & hazy so difficult from a photography standpoint.
Muncaster Tarn came to the rescue, an oasis of wildlife. 
Lots of birdlife, butterflies and dragonflies.  This Damselfly was my best effort, I need to look it up. (unless there is a blip expert out there)
