A cooler day today, overcast with a freshening breeze. 16 degrees, against a sultry 24 degrees yesterday

Easier to work in, and we continued raking and levelling the ground ready for seeding, possibly next week.

The main blip is a beautiful yellow rose which seems to have flowered almost overnight.

The extra is another corner of the garden that is not our work but inherited from previous owners.

The bird bath we brought with us, and they do use it.
