Moving more for our mental health
My work is challenging us to a movement challenge as part of mental health month. We are encouraged to download an app and log physical activity every day. They are doing prizes for the winners. So I walked to school today with the girls. Then after work I walked again with a friend while the girls were at Brownies. knowledge just over 7.5kms. I know I won't win but it's fun to join in and give me some motivation.
The firm I work for made it onto The Times Best Places to Work list for Big companies todau. It is a nice place to work and they deserve to be on that list.
John cooked a lovely veggie pad thai for dinner and now my legs are aching so I am in bed doing my cross stitch!
