Mono Monday

Could not get motivated this morning ……
After lunch, popped into town to collect my M&S parcel as well as some other bits (mindfulness bits from The Works).
Lace meet-up tonight, Linda (who was host tonight) is going through a testing time at moment, just lost her brother,  brother--law in hospital, anniversary of her husband and trying to cope with her own health conditions. She’s been to the GP and has some anti-depressants frat she will start  tonight.  A lovely evening of chat, laughter and positivity. :)
