Reach for the sky

These Astrantia Snowstar are some of my favourite flowers - their green and pink flower heads are a mix of beautiful patterns and textures. I took loads of photos but decided I liked this one - a sort of bug's eye view.
I am very late doing this tonight - the evening has been warm enough for me to work in the studio with the door open into the garden until 10pm, finishing some work to put in the kiln tomorrow.
