In the Blackfriars

Book club tonight was in the Blackfriars at the Castlegate. This month’s book was Caledonian Road by Andrew O’Hagan which we gave mixed reviews. I enjoyed it but thought it overlong and with a weak contrived ending. A convivial evening though in an empty pub with some amusing sineage.
