Open Views!

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week which is something very close to my heart. The theme this year is movement and the impact of regular physical activity on your mental health. It's widely known thought that regular movement and exercise can be positive for our mental wellbeing.

I could not agree more, especially when done in the great outdoors. It won't come as surprise that, for me, the addition of fresh air creates the perfect almost therapy!!

Nature is such a great place to heal and recharge. I'm extremely lucky to have such beautiful, wide open space on my door step to enjoy each and every day.

Of course, our mental health matters every week, but it never hurts to be reminded to look after our minds. :-)
