Shieldbug

Cycled to work in the rain. Quiet day in the office. Had my lunch in the Harris Gardens and spotted this shiedbug in the way back. 
Cancelled gym class for this evening. I'm still not breathing properly. 
The new bed was delivered by the dopiest delivery men. They were supposed to assemble everything but really didn't have a clue.  They left spacers in the headboard and didn't seem to know how the lifting mechanism worked.  With a bit of fiddling,  we think we've got it right now.  The mattress is slowly expanding as it starts to breathe. It was rolled in a tight tube when it arrived. Let's hope its comfortable.
