Cactus flower

This is the first Santa Rita prickly pear cactus flower from my backyard I’ve blipped. It’s about 1.5 in/4cm wide. I love these tiny flowers. They’re so delicate.

Saw my own doctor today. She’s great; spent a half hour with me and answered all of my repetitive questions. (I may not be as sharp as usual.) Nothing else on the schedule, which I a good thing. Still moving very slowly.

It’s getting hot. Today will be over 90°/32° with a blue sky and a breeze. Thank goodness for breezes.

This might be a surprise to my friends, but I have a date for Valentine’s Day.
