Standing Alone

On the 10th I Blipped the Clematis on front wall with white smothering all else. Above a cutting from the red variety planted well away from the white!
The last but one of the Cardiac rehab before going on to part funded stint at the local council run gym complex. Was aware of how many steps I had done yesterday, hard but completed in full.
A mostly damp day with not a lot achieved. Now the rain has arrived the mower is back too.
