Boo Hoo!

It's been a week of missed photographic opportunities.  On Thursday when Prince William was playing volleyball on Fistral Beach, I was about 200m away eating fish 'n chips in Newquay harbour.  As we don't watch the news on holiday, I was blissfully unaware that Cornwall was due to have the best Northern Lights in a generation when I went to bed early and slept soundly.  This evening I went to a dinner at the V&A to celebrate the opening of the Fragile Beauty photographic exhibition.  The guests of honour at the dinner were Elton John and Paul McCartney and I forgot to take my iPhone.  No joke!
