Llancaiach Fawr

Today’s excursion with Judy and Freddie was to llancaiach Fawr which is a Manor House dating from the 1600s. The entrance ticket is a letter to the owner requesting a welcome for friends of his brother in law. Inside are guides who are actors who take you round the house explaining the household customs and chores of the time! It was a delightful place and I will go back again another time to see the rooms that couldn’t be seen today as they were short of stewards.

This evening we watched the first and second episode of Good Omens which I had not seen before.
