2024 Monday — Biscuits

Included in my current schedule is Monday morning Breakfast Bible Study. We are using a small book to guide us thru a study of “The Women of the New Testament.”

The menu is divided into protein, bread, and fruit and three sign-up lines under each category. So ideally nine people prepare and bring the food. Every week the food has been delicious and abundant. The variety of egg/breakfast casseroles has been interesting.

Last week I signed-up to bring a bread item this week. This morning I baked biscuits. I didn’t make them from scratch. These are found in the freezer section of the grocery store. The brand is “Grands,” but these are not from the refrigerator case; they are frozen, and they do not come in a tube. They are delicious. I usually bake two of them in the toaster oven for breakfast with Mr. Fun.

They are delicious with a square of butter. They are delicious with honey.
They are delicious with jam or jelly.
