Repurposing

Many years ago, I got this Singer sewing machine table base - I  think it was on Freecycle, but I may have paid some money for it.  It came with a heavy, rough concrete top, the corner of which was broken.  It's lived outside, used as an occasional plant table.  

The base travelled with us to Ireland, the concrete top was left behind.  Also brought with us from Norfolk, bought originally to use to access the middle of the pond there, two long scaffolding boards.

Yesterday, W repurposed stuff.  He cut up one of the boards, fastened the pieces together, then fastened them on the base.  And we have a potting table!
