Nothing

A nothing type of day to be honest.

A couple of meetings, nothing exciting, other than one person being particularly slopey shouldered.

Had to do some scoring on my team for succession planning again. But because they don't have a direct impact on profit and loss, they could only score 3. This took them out of the top box for future global leaders, which is an absolute nonsense. I've complained to HR.

Downhill to the weekend now.
