Wide Wednesday: Mellow Yellow
After dropping Sophie at school, we drove to Dobbies’ garden centre at Shepton Mallett as we wanted to get another rose to fill a gap in the border. While we were there, it would have been rude not to have breakfast in the cafe.
Late morning we had a walk across the fields to Sharpham. As the blip shows, the fields were glowing with king cups (aka marsh marigolds) and a wild rape flowers. The Tor is just about visible in the distance.
The deer herd at Sharpham farm we’re trying to stare us out as we went past (see extra).
Anyone for a bit of vintage mono Donovan on Ready Steady Go?
