Hydration

3 cups with a choice of beverage for starting work. Water, hot coffee and a cheeky milky cold brew to finish off the batch I did earlier in the week. (Tom Thomas’ jeep from Fireman Sam left by Kara for me to ‘take care of’)

By the end of the day I still didn’t feel liked I’d drunk enough though. Not quite sure how we survived as kids/teenagers. I don’t remember having water to hand throughout the school day. Probably survived on a small tumbler of water at lunchtime.
