I love this pud, a peach and almond frangipane tart. My mum cut out the recipe from a newspaper so that would have been in the 1970s.
I wish my oven’s thermostat was more consistent… it wasn’t cooking properly so I turned the oven up by 1 gas mark, and within 5 minutes it has got burnt!
