NOT very clear.

       I saw what I thought was a Wasp fly into the wee Berberis.  T B H   I didn't see it come back out but did find this.
      Here's my problem - the "Wasp" was, apparently, hale and hearty whilst this, which I found on close examination seems far from peak fitness.
      IF I could have got a better shot you'd be able to see it. actually. is black and yellow striped; decidedly Wadsp-like but obviously "wooly".
      Any resident bugologists out there?
