Plane from Siem Reap-Bangkok-Koh Samui

Off to Koh Samui today. We had the pancakes for breakfast that were recommended by Sophie, Alice and Emma. They were super good and came with maple syrup and fruit. The papaya was purple. We checked out of Prohm Roth and took a tuktuk to the airport. The airport was soooo small. It looked like a beach hut. I think we were the only backpackers there. We took a minibus to the main strip. We are staying at Wave's hostel. It's pretty grimy and quite expensive. We only have a fan in the room so it was rather hard sleeping. We went to the hospital for Katie as her leg is really big now and she is feeling ill. We were told she had cellulitis in her whole leg so she had some medication for it. On our way back we stopped off at 7eleven an got a classic toastie! We then got the classic pancake, super good! We can't get over how many eastern western families there are here. We are basically the only backpackers and look like scruffs compared to all the holiday people! We looked around some other hostels and found some that were a lot cheaper and nicer. So when we got back to Waves we told them we were only staying one night and asked if we could have our money back. So we felt rich again!
