All Aboard

I popped over to the Rouken Glen garden centre this morning to buy some bedding geraniums which should flower for quite a few months.

Purchases made I headed up to the pond to check on any new arrivals. One of the pairs of Canana Geese has a family of five cute goslings and there are five wee cygnets who are still at the stage of wanting a piggy back.
I only saw one adult swan so I'm presuming this is mum but male swans have been known to give rides to their young. I didn't walk the whole way round the pond so perhaps the other parent was enjoying some time out behind one of the islands.
