Trulli Houses

The day dawned grey and very windy - the hotel is certainly up on a hill so guess it is to be expected.
We drove to see the Trulli houses today in Alberobello, a very quaint village - but oh, so many people milling about!
Earlier Terri and many others had gone to see the Castellana Grotte caves, but I resisted due to the difficulty in walking there, down the 200 stairs and then on the very uneven cavern floors.
The final tour today took us to Ostuni where we enjoyed a Tuk-tuk ride around this "white city"; great fun being driven through teeny roads!  We popped into the cathedral which has a fantastic roof with wonderful paintings.
Back to the hotel for a rest, g&t and dinner!
